Use a blank 8 MB or 16 MB data cartridge to upload map data to the StreetPilot GPS, StreetPilot ColorMap, GPSMAP 295, and eMap models. Nautical navigation aids displayed include coastline detail with thousands of small islands, plus wrecks, obstructions, and other hazards (no depth contours). Also displayed are lights, buoys, sound signals, and day beacons; U.S. inland shoreline detail for lakes, reservoirs, waterways and rivers; and icons indicating boat ramps, dams, facilities, and danger areas. This disc includes a detailed U.S. map with cities, towns, highways, major local roads, and interstates. This product also offers GPS 48 support, which allows you to transfer nautical navigational aids from a worldwide database. When you install the GPS 48 support, there will be a selection to upload a particular lights region, which include North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the South Pacific.
